Fussy
I got my 4th flight this afternoon. The landings are getting better as I’m learning to come in with a bit more speed braking lightly to keep the wing solid and then stalling at the last second to touch down softly.
I’m not a fan of getting the instructions fed to me for every move as I feel like I’m on remote control, and would rather be sure I can do it for myself, but...
Landed hard
It was my 3rd flight today and I braked too hard too early on my approach and stalled the wing. I braked about 3 or 4m up and came down with a thump. I should have started braking at that height to lose speed and keep the wing solid and then stalled it about 1m above the ground. The rest of flight went well though and still no broken legs to date so can’t complain.
